Delivery of Goods

We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving payment. You will receive an email update as soon as your order has been posted, and you can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you—usually by email—and provide an estimated delivery date. If that timeframe isn’t suitable, you may choose to cancel your order or select an alternative product.

Australia Post

At Clayton Firearms we focus on giving you the best overall price. We don’t advertise “free postage” because there’s no such thing—we simply charge what it actually costs us. Postage is calculated using the Australia Post website based on the weight of your order. If we’re able to send it for less, we’ll refund the difference.

Australia Post Parcel Post typically delivers within 1–3 working days to most areas, and up to 6–12 days for very remote locations (rare). If your order takes longer, we will track it on your behalf and keep you updated.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order via email or telephone to obtain authorization.

Returns are accepted only when approved in advance. Products must be unopened, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. You may request an exchange for another item of equal value if preferred.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except when we have sent an incorrect product—in that case, we will cover the cost of re-sending the correct item. We recommend purchasing postage insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Any damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. If a parcel arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier immediately and retain all original packaging for inspection.
