When purchasing, please include the recipient’s full name in the “Notes and Special Requests” section at checkout — for example:
Name on Gift Voucher: John Smith

Please note:

Gift vouchers cannot be used online — they are redeemable in-store only.

A placeholder gift voucher will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase.

This emailed version is not the actual voucher and cannot be redeemed.

To collect your physical voucher, please bring:

The voucher number from your email

Photo ID matching the name listed on the voucher

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Your physical voucher will be safely held in-store until you’re ready to collect it.
