Please note:

• Gift vouchers cannot be used online — they are redeemable in-store only.

• A placeholder gift voucher will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase.

• This emailed version is not the actual voucher and cannot be redeemed.

• To collect your physical voucher, please bring:

  1. The voucher number from your email

  2. Photo ID matching the name listed on the voucher

• Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

Your physical voucher will be safely held in-store until you’re ready to collect and/or use it.
